Todella ystÀvÀllinen henkilökunta. Tulimme tÀnne lentomme GatwickistÀ peruunnuttua. Henkilökunta empaattinen ja palvelu erittÀin hyvÀÀ.
Huoneet siistit ja huoneessa palvelut kunnossa. Ravintola mukava ja ruoka oli hyvÀÀ.
Hotellin ympÀristössÀ ei ollut kÀytÀnnössÀ mitÀÀn. VieressÀ liikuntakeskus, jonne saa alennuksella pÀivÀlipun, mutta piha-alueella pelkkÀÀ parkkipaikkaa, joten lÀhialueen ulkoilu ei ollut kovin miellyttÀvÀ kokemus. Hotelli varmasti autoilijoille hyvÀ taukopaikka Lontoon ulkopuolella. Myös lentokentÀn lÀheisenÀ hotellina ajoi asiansa.

Highly recommended
The best place to stay when going to an exhibition at Excel London. Just 30 second walk from the lobby to the venue. Great rooms, delicious breakfast and clean, quiet rooms.
