”All staff very friendly and helpful. Room was pleasantly finished, really nice bathroom and nice finishing touches. Breakfast is amazing, great choice and quality and so nice to be served as opposed to the usual buffet style. I will be stay again!”

”First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and...

”The room was lovely, really nice and clean. The staff were fantastic. Especially as they rang me to say I left my EpiPens behind (I didn’t get the message until I was home sadly) but they were super prompt to let me know. On checking in the lady (can’t remember her name) went “oooh I’m meant to be going home, but I can check you in” my friend was being booked in at the same time. ”

”The breakfast menu was excellent, fresh and the coffee was very good. Parking very easy, had a space directly outside. Liked the books, magazines and Christmas decorations.”
