”This was our second time staying here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for the beach as well as a well stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee, spices and oils. The views are amazing. We spent many nights star gazing and the days in awe of the mountains and ocean views. Wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay.”

”Great property for 4 people, the house is well equipped with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable with 2 good sized bedrooms, plus a separate little room with a pull out sofa. One of the bathrooms had a huge shower with dual shower heads and a washer and dryer. I would recommend highly recommend this property. ”This vacation rental was absolutely amazing along with accommodating every families separated needs. The beds and pillows were a quality that exceeded everyone’s expectations with comfort. The house was immaculate and the cleanliness made me feel like I was at home. The beach was the nicest beach we saw in Maui. With several sea turtles and wildlife right next to the beach the entertainment and memories were priceless. The property management team went above and beyond.”

”Large house that easily accommodated our family. Outside deck has fabulous ocean views. Whales and sea turtles were abundant and great to watch. The house was fairly well appointed, but a bit dated. Upstairs shower leaked into the master bathroom. Wine coolers did not cool. Communication with the property team was excellent and they checked in with us throughout our stay. ”We love, Napili Bay, and the location of this property is amazing - All we had to do is walk across the street to the beach!! Lots of beach toys available in the garage, including beach chairs. Garage held both of our cars nicely and was very safe. Every room and kitchen was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable - there was even a light in the closet, which would’ve been the only thing I would’ve suggested, but don’t have to. Communication has been so easy and timely!”

”If you seek a large home that can accommodate large groups, if you seek close proximity to the most amazing beach - this is the home for you! It feels like Napili Bay is in your front yard! Napili Bay has long been our favorite beach on all of Maui, and now we finally have a home next to it, that we can return and rent each year. We had small kids, teens and adults and the home and management just couldn’t be better. 5 stars all the way around.”

”Great location for our family. You could walk across the street to Napili bay or take 7 minute walk to Kapalua bay. We had 6 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The vrbo was very well equipped for a beach day with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Everything was clean and has great space for our family vacation.”

Facility and service falling apart
"A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is disappointing. We stayed 4 nights, and were told there would be cleaning service only every 3 days. After 3 nights the room was not done. I asked about it and the attendant promised to have it done. No-one ever came and no-one ever said anything about it. When I checked out I mentioned it and the answer was literally a shrug. No-one seems to care about anything. I´ve been trying to think of something positive to say. Let´s go with that the butterfish in the restaurant was tasty."
