”Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk worker was so welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. The elevator was out which was a difficulty since we’re in our late 60s and carrying baggage upstairs was a bit of a challenge. We were warned about that, though. We also had a problem with the commode - but the lady at the front desk helped out tremendously. She was a blessing to us and she is a real asset to your hotel!!!”

”I don’t usually give reviews but Hamilton House was truly exceptional. The rooms are incredibly clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast is prepared fresh….no powdered eggs or cereal. You will feel like you’re at home only better! Highly recommend!”

”Had a pretty good stay. Only issues was the mini p Fridge wasnt cold enough even on high setting and couldnt see aout the window due to hard water stains and mildew(i think).. breakfast just wasnt hitting...room was cleanbed was clean even under a black light. Temp of room was good. Tried to call hotell 4 times the day of and got no answer.. sent email throug expedia.. still no answer.. outside conditions needs improving.. inside was nice and welcoming..”

”I paid for an Executive suite through Expedia and was re-booked into a normal room with a king bed. I was told the price would be the same as that was supposed to be ok with me. I will be requesting a refund for the room I paid for instead of what i got. ”

”The room conditions are poor. There are cigarette burns in the blankets, the room doors aren't floor length approximately half an inch off the ground. The toilet sets do not fit the toilet. The outside of the property is unkept and the guest just hang out outside of the property. The towels are stained, not full sized and the rooms have a smell. ”

”This property is not being maintained. Numerous items in poor condition. Recent stay in February cost for one night over $300.”

”Hotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead...
