”Frank was fantastic. Quick to reply to any questions I had. Apartment was very clean , the linens were super clean and smelled clean. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with steep steps. So you'll have to haul your luggage. he provided everything that was needed plus more. The apartment is in a great location across the street from CVS, a Hispanic super market and many other eateries. Definitely staying again when we return. ”

”Appreciate the quick responses of the host while helping understand the ins and outs of city life. It was hard to understand at first, but the host was more than happy to help. It does take about 30 minutes to get to town from the doorstep via bus. It was pretty easy down, little tricky coming back, but this is during Christmas time so it’s expected to take longer. ”The property was clean and getting ahold of the owners was easy, but you have to use Whatsapp. We had a couple of issues come up and they responded quickly and most was resolved quickly. Downside was the amount of stairs to get to the apartment. Beds were pretty comfortable, but are starting to slant in the middle. Remote for tv we could not find so I had to download a remote for the tv on my phone to make it work. Overall though it was a good stay.”

The alternate accommodations did not have a comfortable seating area for the 4 of us (one of the reasons for our original property choice) and was not as convenient for our preferred transportation options, and it was very different from the photos of the original reservation property.
