”Outside looked great.”

”Drury is always a favorite of ours! Staff were helpful, pool and hot tub were maintained and opened. Happy hour wasn’t too packed and if items were out the staff were quick to refresh. We also loved our room!”

”Scavenger hunt to figure out how to access the property and room. No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 5:30pm. The door locks were hard to figure out. Room was comfortable.”

”The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us. ”

”This hotel is probably the best, cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. Loved the hotel stay so we decided to stay another night. The people that have helped us have been super sweet and helpful. Whenever we come to Flagstaff this is where we will be staying for now on.”

”Overall it was fine and clean. Water was turned off one day for maintenance and no bars of hand soap available (expected to use the shower body wash for hand washing).”

”The lobby staff was awesome! Super friendly and conversational while being helpful. The room is good, clean, spacious. The access to the hotel is near a complex and busy intersection, favoring only right turn to get out. Because the hotel is back to a well-known restaurant, the foot traffic is plenty and occasionally there are sketchy people around. But the staff is very alert.”

”This is such a nice place! It smells amazing when you walk in. Room was so clean. Comfortable bed! Nice big towels and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. I will stay again if in the area!”

”I was ecstatic when i was planning my trip to flagstaff. However that faded away as when i arrive to the property. The outside looked better through the pictures but the room did look nice. The staff were very helpful and had a professional attitude. The pool didn’t work nor the sauna which was a bummer. Overall I was let down from this hotel.”
