”Pool was closed, hot tub was constantly full, restaurant was constantly full. Frustrating. ”

”I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and I enjoyed the variety of free breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and I had an amazing view of the mountains from my hotel room. I loved how close I was to the downtown Flagstaff area. I was in walking distance of many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again! ”

”This was a fantastic property in a central location. Parking was easy, staff was friendly, and social functions were fun. I'll be looking at Dury properties in the future.”

”The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us. ”

”Room was a little … unfinished, even though it was renovated. Beds were super comfortable! Beautiful bar, but very expensive and same with the general store. Very nice staff, great outdoor area and pool was nice too! Not sure we would stay again, but it was clean! ”

”Room wasn't very clean. Needs updating. No smoking property and someone near our room was smoking weed and ac drawing smell into room. Front desk wouldn't do anything about it. We checked out after 1 hr there. Didn't receive a refund for the second night. Nate was supposed to return my call and never did. Would never stay here again ”

”Great centrally located motel in town. Nothing fancy, but they cover the basics really well. Clean, organized, attentive staff. Ms. Sonya is really responsive. Like I said, location for travelers is great and lots of shopping for necessary and fun stuff is walkable. Campus closeby. For the nightly rate, I'd say it's the best affordable stay in town....”

”This hotel is very quiet and clean. Although they were renovating, I didn't hear any construction work while I was there. I appreciated the friendly outdoor seating area at the entrance, which was a lovely spot to walk my furry friends; the neighborhood was peaceful with light traffic. The staff was welcoming and helpful. One feature that stood out for me, compared to other Hilton locations, was that the breakfast area was separate from the main lobby, which made it a bit more challenging to...

”The room was small but well kept. The heater was excellent and the bed comfortable. It was a very reasonably priced room. The only problem was that the motel is situated across the street from an active railroad track and the one had no trouble knowing when the engines were passing.”

”For the price, it wasn’t worth it. My window view was an A/C vent and the room was so so, looked nothing like the pictures. Plus $160 for what it was and the tv was from the 2000’s with basic cable. The staff was super nice but I did get double charged and still waiting on my refund. Probably won’t stay here again. ”
