”The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one.”

”I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfasts are terrific, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is very close to Anschutz Medical Center for people that have someone in the hospital. Even though I didn’t have a pet with me this time, I appreciate that they allow pets. 🐕. If there is a negative, it’s that parking is a little tight, especially handicap parking.”

”The hotel was fine, no hot tub, staff was friendly. Very close to the hospital. Lots of restaurant options near by. Free hot buffet breakfast that did get repetitive after a few days.
Expedia didn’t book the hotel after we booked months in ahead. We found out when trying to check in and there were no rooms with two beds left like we booked. They had one room left, luckily, and we took it, with one king bed only. The hotel had no record of the booking. The manager had to make a new one.
