”Donna was most accommodating and friendly . I had a long stay while looking for a home to buy . Having a long stay can be a challenge when most guests stay a few days or a week . Donna made it work with great communication and worked around my schedule with dogs as much as possible . All the neighbors were friendly . The yard is big for dogs to run . FYI for dog parents there were a lot of foxtails at the time of my stay. Donna made sure they were mowed weekly . All fencing is secure . The...

”We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful but also close to restaurants and things to do. I would highly recommend this property.”

”Host was wonderful and communicated well! House was spotless and she was very accommodating with any of our needs during our stay. Will definitely stay here again! ”

”This cute little place was exceptionally clean and very well appointed! Close to coffee, gas, highways- no traffic and very safe to walk after dark. All furniture was comfy and the decor was so cute! The backyard was private and perfect for our pet. Donna and Nate are excellent hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

”This rental has not been maintained well. In general, it needs a thorough cleaning as there was a bean sprout growing out of the kitchen sink, bathroom ceiling vent hanging halfway off, dirty drawers and counters, and old grease on the table. We asked for WiFi information and checkout instructions and never received them. No way to use the tv's as a result. Upon checkout, the door pad wouldn't lock the door and was told that was fine. It appeared that the front door had been broken (kicked in?)...

”We appreciated the cleanliness, throughout. The kitchen more than met our needs. We loved the ice maker! The amenities, were well thought out, such as laundry detergent, Kleenex in all the rooms, and 3 different ways to make coffee! We really appreciated the fenced back yard for our Shih Tzu, Sugar. We drove to WA from TN for our nephew’s wedding. The location was close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. If we are ever able to go back to the area, we would certainly love to stay there...

”Had a wonderful stay! Hubs is and the pup came to benton city for a wedding so rented this cute house so our pup would have a yard to play in. The house is cute, the host very communicative and responsive. Perfect for what we needed. I also highly recommend the nearby wineries!”

”The host was welcoming and exceptionally responsive. The home is lovely and was a great place to stay while having some remodeling done at our home. Backyard features are lovely.”
