The entry has no light over the door so it's impossible to read the unlit numbers on the entry keypad..speaking of which, who has a 10 digit entry code that you can't memorize and requires you to open the email with the code in it every time you need to get in? How about 4-5 digits! The hair dryer did not work well. There is NO storage for our clothes,...

”We waited outside the room for 30 minutes to check in at exactly 5 PM when it was obvious that the room was ready earlier. The lack of early check in was a hassle.”
