”The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

”Overall the stay was good and breakfast although not a great selection was included which is nice. The TV remote did not work, I even changed the battery provided by the front desk and it still did not work. No new remote was provided even though I informed the front desk within minutes of me checking in. I notified the manager the morning of check out to the manager about the situation, in the two days I stayed for a work related I did not use the TV bc I was not able to control it and had to...
