”My stay was actually pretty good. After reading all the negative reviews, I was reluctant to book. The hotel was clean, I have no complaints on the staff. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast wasn't as tasty as I would have liked. The eggs were tasteless, like artificial. I don't know what was going on with the waffle mix, it was horrible! Also, the juice machine was out of order they didn't offer anything in its place. I really would have liked to give them more stars. They need to...

”Good place to sleep. Clean, efficient, inexpensive. Breakfast was fine, not notably good or bad.”

”Staff was friendly and the location was great close to the expressway and lots of stores and restaurants close by I especially liked that the property had 2 Tesla charges just that at the time we stayed 1 was out of order breakfast had a good selection”

”The hotel was decent but obviously older. The air conditioning was not working on the lobby/dining area. They did have a portable a/c unit but it was not sufficient to cool the large area. The bathroom sink was partially clogged. Bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was okay with decent variety.”

Same variety than comparable hotels, but eggs were dry and overcooked. Bacon in pieces and all stuck together. Coffee warm, creamer was slimy. Inedible. Tried first morning, didn’t repeat. Water pressure was super low (4th floor). It was a pain to bathe two kids and two adults after a day out. Will not go back. There are...

”The staff were friendly and helpful and easy to work with. They provided a free basic breakfast each morning. The parking was free. The property felt safe.”

”Everything was going great until it was shower time the water pressure was non existent. That’s a major issue! Getting back from the heat or even the pool you expect to come back and have a nice relaxing shower but the water pressure had other ideas. Never have I ever had such a low water pressure in any of the cheap hotels I’ve ever stayed at but to have it in the courtyard by Marriot is wild! I hope this issue is resolved for other guest.”

”Great location to Frost bank center and easy access also to downtown. Lots of food options in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very big (yes also super high up) and comfy bed. Walls were thin but luckily had well behaving neighbors so no problems there. This one did meet my expectations for the price and the reviews I had read. ”
