”Window unit was pretty loud. The staff was nice. I did not have any trouble checking in. The outside was lovely!”

”I believe the property could benefit from some renovation and pest control, as there were numerous bugs on the floor and counter. However, its price and proximity to downtown make it an attractive option.”

”No fridge. There wasn’t a door a lock door for the restroom. Anyone could walk in on you not having privacy.”

”Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.”

”The hotel and its staff are amazing! This was my third stay and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! The location, view, and food are on point. I highly recommend!”

”The staff is amazing”

”Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

”Great location and great hotel. Really neat art deco style design. Nice queen size beds instead of doubles”

”Great stay”

”Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

”We love staying her here for our UTSA games! The best beds & breakfast is always really good! The best place to stay if you're going to an event at the Alamodome.”

”Cockroach in our bathroom upon arrival Didn’t sleep much after that 😢 New room kind of offered but they says they didn’t really have any other roomie rooms. Talked to GM next morning and he said the construction has brought them in. No reduction in price which should have been offered in my opinion. Other than that I thought the place was cool. Breakfast was good too. Lots of variety.”

”Always a wonderful stay.”
