”The staff was nice. The property could use some love. In my room the TV, microwave, and fridge did not work and there was no light in the bathroom. There was also cigarette burns on the bedding - funny since I was in a non smoking room. I only need the room for a night because I was in town for a concert. Checked out and left after my show after having someone knock on my door looking for his tattoo artist and dealer.”

”The place is very fancy and pleasant, the customer service is always excellent, and the valet parking is very friendly and efficient. As for the room, it's very cozy and the bed is wonderful; I slept with the air conditioning on and the temperature was perfect.”

”Stayed here for 6 nights while vacationing in San Antonio. Right from the start I knew this was going to be an enjoyable place to stay. Vivian welcomed us with a Big Smile and Hello. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We picked this place because it was fairly close to downtown and the Riverwalk and we could park our vehicle without paying an extra parking fee. ”The initial night was fine. The young lady a the desk was very nice and provided us with extra towels. The room was decent. But by the second night which was our last night my wife, daughter, and I am had random bites on us. That is disturbing to know and I've been paying very close attention at home now to make sure we didn't bring anything home with us. This does not make me happy at all.
