”Sheets had hairs . Restroom was dirty it smelled like humid or dirty . I have stayed in this hotel before never had this issue . Also they withdraw two different amounts for my stayed one for 460 other for 319 and my stay was 430 which they withdraw it from my account let me with little money in my account. Never booking again . ”

”You get what you pay for. Young man at the front desk was nice. The room needs paint and new bath,especially tub. Definitely needs new flooring. Plus side there was a microwave and fridge. The bed and bedding was very nice. ”

”I love staying here. The staff from the front desk to the maintenance men we saw were all friendly and helpful. It's in a great location for shops, activities, and dining. The breakfast food was great, rooms clean, and service was done with a smile and courtesy, treating each guest as VIP! We've stayed before and will continue to stay here. ”

”Booked a room for 5 guests (2 queens and a pull-out), but they tried giving us a single King at check-in. I had to waste 15 minutes at the front desk just to get the room I paid for. The elevators were a disaster; one was broken the first night, and the other got stuck open on the 3rd floor the next day. We were lucky at least one was in working condition at a time so we didn't have to climb 6 floors. The room was even worse: the intercom didn't work, and staff admitted the whole system was down...

”Check in took forever. As soon as we walked in our room it smelled like urine so bad. Seemed like restrooms were not cleaned well enough ”

”Shower floor was dirty, you could tell it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while…there was a water ring on the nightstand so obviously that wasn’t wiped down. The worst part was that I booked and paid through Expedia and then hotel charged me on top of that TWICE!!! I had to get ahold of of the manager myself by hunting him down at the other hotel he manages! I guess he is the only one who can give refunds! All the phone calls and messages took place about a week after our stay! Staff that works there...

”Very dirty rooms (stained walls, floors, and sheets, dead bugs in the wall art and in the corners of the room) and the property itself is run down and dirty with trash everywhere. The doors are broken and difficult to open/close. ”
