”We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast.”

”I urge any future traveler to skip this hotel. I called the hotel to make sure they had a crib for newborn, which they confirmed and so I proceeded with the reservation. When we arrived, at almost midnight, the front desk guy checked us in, and then said that they didn’t have any cribs and all they could do was “offer us some blankets”. The staff refused to make it right. They were very rude. My family and I had to leave in the middle of the night to find another hotel, all this while being...
