”We think it's the perfect holiday house. Kayaking was a lot of fun. And hot-tub.The house is spacious and clean and well-equipped. Only down-side--we're elderly and don't think the lake is safe for us for swimming. ”

”Twenty-five family members flew in from around the country for a memorial service in Pittsfield. The Inn allowed us to turn the weekend into a family reunion honoring our father/grandfather. Nine people slept at the Inn and we hosted two BBQ dinners for all. People enjoyed the fire pit, outdoor games and hot tub, the deck and large kitchen. Perfect weather and enough parking for our fleet of cars.”

”Comfortable and presentable. Location is great for going downtown or shopping in general. Restaurants are very close by. Property manager was easy to communicate with.”

”Communication with the host was great. My father had a medical issue beyond the refund window that stopped us from making the original reservation date, Owner allowed us to move our date out a couple of weeks. Everything was clean, the kitchen and dishes were clean. The bathroom was brand new. All of the beds were comfy and clean. I slept on the couch bed in the third room, it was firm and comfortable. It was a great location for us. We were originally from the area and went back to visit...

”We just got back from staying at Bellavista for a week, and be "we", I mean a very large family including infants, toddlers, kids, teenagers, uncles, aunts, and even grandma. In fact, we probably were slightly above the stated capacity of the house, but our hostess Laurie was very communicative and responsive.
