"We've stayed several times and the suites have always been immaculate and we always have everything we need. However, the check in was very very slow with a long line and a limited number of agents, in some cases 2 per guest, 1 on the telephone to leaving only 1 to take care of customers"

"This property was located close to the Albany airport. It was clean, had friendly staff and offered the convenience of a great restaurant in the hotel lobby. Beautiful grounds with an indoor courtyard filled with plants and a koi pond. Would highly recommend."
