”Property was even better than advertised. Highly recommend esp for boogie boarding, beach activities. Loved the outdoor shower! House is great. Spent one whole day just relaxing on property itself. Neighborhood was quiet and worked out well, some rentals and some local residents and a good balance of each with a pleasant vibe. Host expectations were friendly and communicated clearly. Brittany was so informative, always available and very friendly. Definitely felt the aloha spirit. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai! Tip: purchase all your essentials while in Lihue since there aren’t many groceries/drug stores on the north side.”

”Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

”Amazing home and best location on earth. Was perfect for our family and my sister’s family. The ocean was perfect for teenagers. Not sure it would be as great for younger kids as the calm part of the ocean is a bit of a walk but it was a perfect set of waves for teenagers. The hot tub was also lovely on the day it rained.”

”This cottage is in a perfect location for exploring Morth Shore Kauai ( our favorite area’). It’s a comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the large lanai set in the lush garden and the easy walk to the Princeville Center for Farmers Markets , groceries, whatever else we needed. It’s also an easy drive e to our favorite beaches, Kalihiwai and Hanalei Bay! Jeff was extremely quick to respond to any questions too. We’d absustsy here again when we return to Kauai!!”

”It was good for our one night stop over. Steep on price for an old hotel… but the people working here are nice, rooms, rooms were clean and the pools were nice. Hate carpet in old hotels and the pull out was beyond uncomfortable. ”
