”While a little far away from local attractions, this quiet in law suite was just the right size for a week long stay.The kitchen appliances aren’t perfect, as the kitchen itself was very compact, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.And the free breakfast at the owners’ café down the street was phenomenal. Delicious drinks, pastries, and fruit bowls made every morning a good morning. This alone would bring us back to this property should we return to this area.”

”From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

”Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. ”

”I had another wonderful stay here. As always, the house was immaculately clean, super comfortable and enjoyable. The host has excellent communication and does a great job. The property is so beautiful in the summertime. I did not realize how gorgeous the landscaping was as I had been there in winter before. The lilies are just gorgeous and smells so good. The whole property is really lovely. I like the little fenced in patio area with the fire pit and seating a lot. Look forward to staying here...

”Loved the caboose! Had so much fun with my family! Plenty of space. Loved that it had full kitchen, AC and bathroom all inside. Wished we stayed longer. Loved the sitting spaces and the history of the caboose from the past. The location was tucked away and quiet and loved the views of the railroad. Would have been more ideal in another section of Palmer but makes sense it was near the Steaming Tender. ”
