”Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad.”

”Room and location of property was good. Gym was really small. My water kept getting cold while I was showering, which was really annoying. Lots of things to do in the hotel. Pool was really cool.”

”Loved that it's so close to the river (just cross the back door and you'll be almost in front of one of the boat tours spots). This is only my opinion, but for the price it should be nice if they included a light breakfast or some snacks. The personnel is really nice and resourceful. Great location, right across the street a Catholic church is located, which I greatly liked. Since it's right in downtown, you can easily walk a couple of blocks and find coffee shops, restaurants and some...
