- Quarter bathroom on the first floor (no sink, just toilet)
- Full bathroom on the second floor

Guests can access all areas of the house and the property with the exception of owner's locked closets and garage

NOTE: For your safety, we placed a doorbell security camera next to the front door, facing outward. Also there is video doorbell overlooking backyard on the back of the house. The cameras are not capturing any footage of the interior space.
