Kotimme on 3 makuuhuoneen, 1 kylpyhuoneen kotipaikka, iso, hieno huone, joka on yhdistelmä olohuonetta, keittiötä ja ruokailutilaa. Lisäksi meillä on olohuone, jossa on toinen pienempi televisio vuorotellen katseluun.
Talon ulkopuolella on kietoutuva kansi huonekaluilla, joita voit käyttää BBQ-tilassa tai vain rentoutua ulkona viileän juoman kanssa rauhallisella kesäyöllä.
Kotimme on alle kilometrin päässä Sea Gull Beachistä, jolla on yli runsaasti pysäköintitilaa ja pyöräteline niille, jotka haluavat säästää pysäköintimaksut.

The house is lovely and clean when we arrived. We were greeted by the owner who gave us a tour of his house. We were surprised to learn the washer and dryer were in the cellar and the only access was a through a bulkhead outside. As seniors we were not about to go down the steep stairs. Younger folks would have no problem. That was our only issue.

Kitchen was spacious and nice, the washing machines were good, but there were many insects. The house smelled bad and the beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioners barely worked. I would not recommend.

We had an excellent stay here. The neighborhood is very nice,quiet and peaceful.. The house is beautiful,with 3 good sized bedrooms,a nice layout ,and convenient laundry. The kitchen/living room area was great for hanging out after getting back from the beach. There is also an outdoor shower (with hot water) that is super convenient for rinsing off after the beach. The property owner was very nice and very accommodating. Our stay was beyond excellent and we hope to return next year.

Great place and location!

Had a great time and felt very comfortable and at home. Lots of extra space and the outdoor shower was such a bonus! Very quiet neighborhood, extra sitting/reading/tv room, big dining room and kitchen area, ac’s in all rooms, everyone could spread out or be all together - best of both worlds. Would stay there again!

Nice Place near 28

If you know anything about the cape you know Route 28 is where the action, outside of the beach, is. Restaurants and amusements are on both sides for miles. George's place is great in a quiet neighborhood near Route 28. It's also close to the southside beaches, but we prefer the north, or bay side beaches. This place is close to a road that takes you easily to the North Dennis Beaches which we love

Great cape getaway

Great location. We biked to Seagull Beach (one of our favorites) everyday. Short drive to restaurants and other cape activities. The house is as advertised. Perfect home base for us with comfortable sitting room to lounge in after long days at the beach. Outdoor shower is great!

Nice place to be

We rented this for the first time for our vacation, the house is 2 minutes away from the beach, close to everything! Clean please, nice place to be. We had a awesome time. Definitely we’ll go back again.

Great place for adults

Great quiet neighborhood with easy access to 28 and all attractions. Not a party place, and that's just fine with us. Our only issues were a gritty floor in spots and navigating the two remotes with the main TV and trying to get all the channels to work. It worked fine early in the week, but later on not so much. But, we plan to look for this place next time we head to the Cape!

Great place!

My family and I had a great week at this property. We loved the large open-concept great room/kitchen and dining area. The three bedrooms were as described. The beds were pretty hard, but after a long day of fun, was tolerable. We had great weather this week, but had it been warmer, an air conditioner in the bedroom with the twin beds would have been needed. We loved the outdoor shower-it was s favorite of my 6 year old niece. We saw a Turkey and a rabbit in the yard at different times, which my niece thought was 'awesome!' It was a short trip to Seagull Beach, which we went to nearly every day. This was s great vacation property, and we will definitely be back!

Comfortable cozy vacation rental

Our family was very comfortable during our vacation in this home. We had all the comforts of home and the amenities that we needed to make our stay extra special. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely with beach decor. The location to the beaches, restaurants and shopping was ideal. We love the neighborhood where we were able to take family walks with wonderful scenic views. The owner was very helpful and available if we had any questions during our stay. We would highly recommend this vacation rental and we would stay here again the next time we vacation on Cape Cod.

Great property and price!

We recently stayed at this property in late August 2020 with my husband and small children (18 months and 4 years). This property was incredible. With three full bedrooms (2 queens and 2 twins) we were able to fit comfortably. There are two sitting rooms, one with an older TV and one with a newer smart TV. The house is a ranch style with the bedrooms on one side of the house and a large living/kitchen/dining area on the other. Only 2 of 3 bedrooms have AC and you'll need to bring your own sheets. There are all the cooking utensils/pots/pans/ cleaning supplies you'll need and we cooked her several times. The outdoor shower is incredible. We could hardly get my daughter to come out! It is easy to use and warm and the water pressure is great. Our only complaints were the floors were dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned throughly. The first night were were there we cleaned those with the products provided. There is free laundry in the basement assessable by a bulkhead outside. It was about 1.5 from seagull beach and parkers river beachea. There is a $75 pass if you're there 4 days for more it makes it worth it. Otherwise it's $20 per day. There are A LOT of great restaurants and activities close by and within driving distance. The owner is super reponsive, particularly by text.Other than those small issues, our stay was great and would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was spacious, comfortable and close to the beach. The outdoor shower was a great feature. We enjoyed our bike rides to the beach every day. The host left a lot of very useful information about popular restaurants and things to do and places to see in the area.

Nice area, good property, unfair comments at the end of stay

Pros: Description of the property is accurate, we had enough space and living area is even larger than the picture shows. Very nice area, pleasant 20 minutes walk to Seagull beach. Cons: Owner met us in the house for check-in without a mask. We are in the middle of the pandemic... Also he granted us an extra day but was very frustrated to find extra trash after an extra Sat night stay (trash removal is on Saturday) and sent me a request for more money for extra cleaning. I did not have an issue with extra payment, and gladly paid, but was surprised to see a message scolding us for multiple crimes like leaving a couple of condiments in the fridge, "extra crumbs" in unclear location and "spill in the fridge" which cleaning crew should have very easily and quickly taken care of. Trying to tell me that we left unreasonably dirty house was truly an unfair statement in our case (despite the crumbs) and was not necessary, as we were charged cleaning fee, so why all the negativity. Overall if you are OK with walking to the beach or driving to offload stuff, or paying $75 a week to park at Seagull the property and the area will work well for you.

Very cozy, comfortable home away from home

The house was very comfortable and spacious and well stocked with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Although there were only 2 of us staying at the house, our son and his family spent many hours there and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was in a great location - minutes from Sea Gull Beach and many restaurants and family-centered activities. Our only disappointment is that we would have felt much safer with a professional cleaning service disinfecting the house before we arrived. But otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!!!
