”Cancelled my booking without notice to tell me it’s sold out. When I asked for the manager I was told there is a room for more than what I originally booked. Washroom was filthy hair in the tub and dirt around the tub. Had no choice as I was only staying a few hours for a connection and had my toddler with me. Shuttle service was the only great thing. ”

”Pros: Close proximity to airport, shopping, restaurants. Cons: The bed was a bit squeaky and mattress a bit too soft. Keys needed resetting every other day.”

”I book this hotel for 3 adults but it is very disappointing that the pull out mattress had stains all over and it was very uncomfortable. Not a place for 3. Terrible. Specially because I called 3 times to get this solved and they just excuse themselves by saying that there was no manager. ”

”The room was small yet functional. We did let front desk know our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Someone may have been smoking on the roof by the air vents. The breakfast was lacking. With so many bakeries in the area fresh baked goods and bagels would have been amazing. The location was great for the ball game and catching the 7 train. Overall it was a great stay. Just wish breakfast could have been better.”

”We really liked this place and would definitely stay here again! We specifically searched for a modern, clean hotel at a reasonable price that also offered free on-site parking for our trip to NYC. Since we were renting a car, the parking situation was a major factor for us, and we quickly found that almost none of the surrounding hotels in Long Island City offered free parking.
