”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”

”Siisti hotelli todella hyvien metroyhteyksien päässä manhattanilta. Lähimmälle metropysäkille kaksi korttelia. Nopein yhteys keskuspuiston ja 5th avenuen kulmalle oli kahden pysäkin päässä. Hotelli sijaitsee toimisto ja pientaloalueella jossa uskalsi hyvin liikkua myös pimeällä lasten kanssa. Aamiainen melko vaatimaton, lähinnä paahtoleipää, mehua, jugurttia yms.. Huoneet siivottiin päivittäin ja yleisilme hotellista oli siisti. Huoneen ikkuna veti todella paljon ja huone oli todella kylmä....

"I booked a hotel room that includes breakfast. The Hotels.com confirmation clearly states that breakfast is included in the reservation. However, the hotel staff told us that breakfast is not included in the room rate. This should be clarified between the hotel and Hotels.com. As a result, my family and I had to pay for breakfast even though the reservation promised otherwise."
