”We had a quick overnight stay and were really impressed. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing atmosphere. There were also plenty of restaurant options nearby, which made dinner easy and convenient. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely come back!”

”Loved the in room hot tub! The bed was way too big for the room, kept hitting our shins coming into the room. Did not like the cooking burner setup, I don’t think it even worked. The shower head did not have any pressure at all. The patio was nice and there was a great view, the area is nice but still reasonable close to the city.”

”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all.
Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house.
Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”Floors in the room were filthy. Pillows and sheets on the bed were stained. Bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned in days. I tried to complain to the front desk but nobody ever picked up the call. I went to the front desk only to find it abandoned. Needless to say I’ll never stay there again. For the room rate charged this place is an Expedia joke!! You guys can do better.”
