”Nice to have a hot tub! Staff were very good!”

”Room was clean, though the setup of having the sink and mirror outside the bathroom was a bit inconvenient with family and kids. We would have preferred to have the skin and mirror inside the bathroom. Hotel was nice, pool and hot tub were good! Location is great”

”Staff were excellent. In the middle of renos on the top floor but I didn't notice it at all during our stay. Room was clean and quiet. Located a short drive from West Ed Mall. I'd gladly return.”

”Great location. Close to all basic food and shopping requirements. Clean place and large size rooms. Only issue is outdated aircon which is not cold enough during hot days.”

”The owners communicated with us very effectively. The suite is comfortable for five people, although one of the beds is sleeping on the couch. However, I thought the couch was quite comfortable. This is a great suite for a short day when all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall. I would stay here again.”

”The hotel is relatively new and looks nice and clean. The air conditioner in our first room didn’t work, but the hotel wouldn’t change our room until the repair tech couldn’t fix it, approximately an hour after we checked in. Kinda ridiculous! Anyway, everything else was fine.”

”Room smelled of stale smoke. Hotel overall felt dingy. Pool was gross with skin flakes, hair etc floating in it.”

”This was a great hotel and we will be back for sure, great location for shopping as it was close to business costco, Home Depot all that we needed. Great Breakfast and staff we will definitely stay here again, room was large and luxurious, big parking lot as we had a trailer and we had no problem finding it, parking and were super happy with this stay.”

”We checked in and was not really informed about which card on the account was being charged, we thought it was through the Marriot’s reward account but apparently they charged it on the expedia account which is not what we originally want. She never stated which one she charged or even asked us what card we want to use.
