”Our group has been coming to the Norwich area every year for the past 5 years, and this by far was the best property we have stayed at. The house is in a wonderfully quiet and cute neighborhood, and Moheghan Sun is only a 5-minute Uber away. The neighborhood was a quiet working-class neighborhood without a lot of traffic and the location was convenient to everything in Norwich. While it’s not handicapped accessible (as in wheelchair access), there aren’t a lot of steps so I think an older person would be able to go in and out with help. The home is immaculate, appointed with the most comfortable beds & generous towels, beach gear (including towels & picnic baskets) & many helpful “in case you forgot” items. Wow - 3.5 baths in a 1800’s home?! We enjoyed the fire pit & outdoor space too! Our only concern before arriving stemmed from some reviews we read that said the AC could be better but we were pleasantly surprised to find AC units in the windows of every sleeping area which kept the entire place more than comfortable. In fact, we stayed the first week in August and actually shut them off while we slept. The photos I've attached were taken just before we checked out.”
