”At the arrival and going to our room there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel I asked at the reception to have 1of each brought to our room but it did not happened also the bathtub is either very badly stained or just not cleaned properly so we felt that we could not have a shower in it The hotel bar was very good and staff very friendly the breakfast was very nice plenty of everything Thank you we still enjoyed our stay”

”Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has heartfelt staff who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. ”Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.”

”Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building...

”Attention! There was NO hot water during the whole of our stay! When I notified the hotel via a WhatsApp text, they told me that the boiler had broken down and they were going to fix it. When I spoke to the person at Reception, he said that a technician was going to come in the morning, but there was still no hot water. When I asked for compensation, I was told that they would get back to me, but they never did! Instead I kept on getting emails to rate my stay and/or to contact Costumer Service....
