”The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. ”10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. ”

”Absolutely adorable, more comfort than many hotels, plenty of pillows, warm blankets, all the items you might need. Walking access to beach, I was a bit concerned at the outside but once inside I could have stayed much longer. I would recommend to anyone looking for some private secluded time it was perfect for me.”

”The property was very clean. The location was great and the view is hard to beat. The neighbors are close and there is a little noise from other rooms, but all in all, it was a great place and just as advertised.”

”Our tennis team needed a comfy quiet house for our competition weekend. We were able to book both the studio and the house giving us additional bedrooms. We had a very comfy stay, the house was just right. Quiet with comfy beds, very close to groceries and other restaurants when we weren’t cooking ourselves. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Lovely spot to recharge. Sellwood has everything you could ask for if you’re visiting Portland. Make sure to check out Portal Tea Comp (red caboose) and Munchies Philly Gyro!”

”This was the perfect place for our visit to Portland. It had all the amenities we needed and several thoughtful additions. The location was great. Located in a safe neighborhood, we found ourselves close to downtown and right next-door to quality restaurants and coffee shops. ”

”Wanted to be within walking distance from shops and restaurants, it was perfect for that.Received the check in information a couple of days before and the house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.”

”The place was updated and comfortable. However the house is next to a bar courtyard that plays music until 10:15pm. You know when you are in an apartment and your neighbor is playing loud music? It sounds like that. The bass, drum and muffled lyrics are unescapable. Pair that with the regular train noises every 30 mins and you may want to look elsewhere if you go to bed before 10:30. Everything else was great! The owners did a great job of renovating and the full kitchen is awesome! ”

”We stayed for one night and it was the perfect spot! We would’ve stayed longer if we needed! The room was nice and tidy. Bed was super comfy. Love that each unit gets a parking spot. Check in and out process was a breeze. Right next to the coast and worth the price! We hope to visit Oregon again and will keep this place on our list of options when we need to come back!
