”This place was very charming. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Staff was welcoming. The air conditioner was a little loud when it would kick on but other than that it was a nice spot to stay for the night.”

”Clean room with friendly and kind staff. Only problem is the fridge did not get cold and there wasn't a way to make it colder. My mom is diabetic and needed to be able to place her insulin somewhere cool and booked under the expectation we had a fridge. Other than that it was a nice stay.”

”Our check in was at 3:00 PM. We arrived around 4:30 PM but the check in line was extremely long so we left and came back later. We returned around 6:30 PM and waited about 40 minutes only to be told our room was still not ready and it could be another two hours. We came back around 9:30 PM and were given keys to Room 200 but the room had not been cleaned. We went back downstairs and were given another room but those keys did not work so we had to go back again. When we finally got into the...

”The staff are lovely and the whole property is clean and presentable. I found this very handy from CLE rental car area. It was also a safe area!”

”Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

”The bathroom smelled “sour” & needed a good bleaching. There wasn’t a stopper in the sink which makes wet shaving difficult and was a hazard for contact lens usage. One could see daylight under bottom & sides of entry door. The towels were clean but found a hair on one. The beds were comfortable.”

”I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”
