”Everything about the place looked old and worn out. I typically had to wait at least 5 minutes when I went to the front desk for someone to show up. The shower water pressure was pathetic, barely a dribble. The coffee urn in the lobby was empty 3 of the 5 times I went to use it. The TV volume control did not work. I don't know if this was intentional. Towels were worn, some with holes in them. On the plus side. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Though dingy looking, everything...

”We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites in Alexandria! Even though the hotel was under renovation, everything was well organized and the staff did a great job making sure guests were comfortable. Our room was clean, the service was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The renovations did not negatively impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again!”
