”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”This is a nice, clean hotel located fairly close to all the sights. We chose it because there is a garage underneath the hotel - very convenient. Good service and staff is very helpful in giving tips where to eat and where the Christmas markets can be found.”

”Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again.”

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”
