The stairs at the rear of the building lead up to the flat. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a combi microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen, you flow seamlessly into the dining area, which seats four. The distinctive beam structure adds charm and leads into the cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a double box spring bed (with two separate mattresses). From this bedroom, you can access a balcony with seating for four. The second bedroom is furnished with two single box spring beds. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and storage space. All windows are fitted with blackout blinds. Private parking is available behind the building.

Arrivals are allowed daily, except on Sundays. During holidays, only weekly rentals are available.The full payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the location where it was collected.Any baby cots available do not come with bed linens. Please bring your own.Bed linens and towels are typically provided. You can verify whether this is included in your booking.Overnight visitors must be registered and will only be allowed to stay once approved. There is an additional charge for bed linens and tourist tax.Only one dog is permitted per booking, with no exceptions. Please check this option before booking.
