âOverall cleanliness was OK. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, however the shower caddy was rusty and the soap dispensers were empty. No parking but there is a car park behind the hotel, also from the road isnât easy to spot as it looks like a restaurant from the front. Breakfast was OK, one choice of coffee only included in the price. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. â

âHonestly could not fault this place at all. Staff very welcoming and attentive. If things were not available in your room they would be more than happy to help and provide eg. Iron and Iron Board.
The breakfast was amazing and the fresh pastel del nata was even better than what Iâve had in Portugal! 10/10 recommend â

âRun away from the "KIng William" room 109 and Expedia. The shower controls were not working. The on/off control was not working so as you turned it, it went from off to trickle to off and anywhere in between. The hot cold went from cold to maybe warm, to off to trickle. What the heck. The second night I was allowed to go to room 106 so that I could take a better shower... newer controls but no hot water at all. On to room 105 with a working shower. If we had booked the place ourselves,...

âExcellent stay. Staff were superb along with the food and drink on offer. Maybe some healthier options would be a suggestion, plus the heating was constantly on full through the building. Money saving opportunity here.
