”Room was spacious, bed really comfy, tea and coffee making facilities were there to use. We were in room no 1 and it was a lovely room at a very affordable price. Toyah was very chatty and explained everything to us. Cooked breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. All in all we had a great time and look forward to going back soon”

”Lovely hotel, beautiful old main house with wood fires, panelled rooms, lots of lounges and spots to relax. Friendly reception and clean modern rooms in the mews. Plus two cats! Only thing to mention is that the signs for the outbuildings were a bit difficult to see when we arrived (in the dark & heavy rain), maybe they could be illuminated too? Otherwise a nice place to stay, we would like to go back and explore more of the history, grounds, bunker and restaurant.”

”My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Buckland Manor. The staff was so lovely, the room was always clean, and the food…unbelievable! The staff was also so kind of let us know about the history of the manor which was fascinating. We have told many friends and family about this place and we will definitely be back. ”
