Weston Underwood Hotellit

”Iloinen, ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta, sujuva palvelu”

”Roads were very narrow getting to the hotel. Give yourself plenty of time! Bathroom not great, bodged fixtures.”

”We welcomed the useful car park with my daughter’s pending wedding and ease of access to town. Room was clean but very hot although fan was provided but noisy overnight and didn’t rotate & only one window opened - Despite this and noisy guests in proximity - everything else was good. Breakfast and staff were helpful and especially at breakfast the staff member was pleasant and I noted took time to talk to guests and was very amenable. Thank you for a good stay prior to wedding. 😊”

”Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist einfach umwerfend.”

”Basic normal rooms. Room service was disaster. Recommend to avoid it. Took time and you can get better prepared food everywhere. Location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Nice walks around the hotel area.”

”It’s a very lovely place to stay, but I suggest they put bath mat in the bathroom before someone slide and fall, writing it in the bathroom to request for it not good enough, not everyone will see it,it’s not too safe to use it without mat”

I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

”Unfortunately, the room didn’t make the best first impression. On arrival, there were two used bath sheets and a T-shirt left by the front door. Once inside, I noticed hairs throughout the carpet, on the bed and around the room. There was also a thick layer of dust on top of the headboard, which was particularly concerning as I’m very sensitive to dust mites. The room lacked basic information about hotel amenities, services and breakfast times/location; the only information provided was the...

”It was fine throughout”

”Friendly staff, good food, easy parking and very reasonably priced,”
