ails, and 15 minutes from vibrant downtown Dartmouth, you’ll have easy access to everything — from scenic coastal adventures to the buzz of local restaurants, shops, and cafes.

Enjoy your own private entrance, private bathroom, and in-suite laundry — everything you need for a relaxed and convenient stay. The suite features:
• A spacious living area with cozy seating
• Smart Tv with Netflix and Disney+ included
• A comfortable bedroom for 2 guests, with extra mattresses available upon request for a 3rd guest
• Centralized air conditioning and heating, plus an additional fan and heater for personalized comfort
• A well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, induction cooker, and water kettle
• Baby items such as crib, books, utensils etc. can be requested in advance.

You’ll also have access to 1 free parking spot and a large backyard where you can relax or stretch your legs.

You’ll have full private access to the basement unit and shared access to the backyard.

Please note: this is a basement suite that is well insulated in a family home. We live upstairs and are generally quiet and considerate, but you may occasionally hear minimal sounds, including from our 1-year-old baby. If you’re sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind before booking.

🚭 Other Things to Note
• No smoking inside the unit. Outdoor smoking is okay — just please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Check-in 3pm and check-out is 11am but are flexible whenever possible — just let us know your needs in advance.
• The bathroom in the basement uses up-flush pump so it is normal to hear a sound pump while flushing/using sink/shower (Please consider this upon booking).
