”It was great value for our one night stay. If you’re looking for a location near the beach, train station and the bus stop to Ryde or Ventnor then it’s great. The rooms were small but the bed was comfy and we had tea and coffee provided in the room as well. Check-in and check out were really straightforward and everyone very friendly. Many thanks.”

It was 30-degree heat outside, and not one window had been left open to help ventilate or keep the room cool. We had to open our main door to try and let some air enter the room as it was absolutely unbearable to stay in there. Then it was time for a shower. ”A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too! The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us.”

”Multiple houses with rooms set around the base hotel restaurant all within short walking distance. Gated parking extra £15 but worth it as ready to use. Can park at front of the hotel or on the street. Street parking spaces busy but did see quite a few available. Staff very good. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms clean comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast and restaurant food very good. Decor with wallpaper, stained glass and chandeliers added a touch of luxury. Nothing really negative...
