”The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

The stay was disappointing because the elevator was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage or moving between floors. Another major issue was the towel service. Extra Towels were not available directly in the room, and we had to collect them from the lobby/reception, which is very inconvenient and not expected...
