”This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning.”

”Unfortunately I was charged TWICE on the WRONG card and charged a late checkout fee, which I asked to be removed for the inconvenience of being double charged on the wrong card and was DENIED that request. Then when I called to ask for additional towels the first time the office lady did bring them to my room right away. The second night I asked for additional towels I had to go down and get them myself from the office.”

I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. The a/c leaked pretty bad floor gets super wet. Then the a/c kept wanted to switch to heat so a bit annoying. The pet fee is pretty high and not the same as I had seen on Expedia. ”The staff was real nice checking and checking out. The room was spacious and clean. The A/C cooled the room down well, I like it cool when I sleep. The only small complaint and i understand it will be different for everyone was the bed was a little hard. I would have no problem recommending someone to stay, I would stay again.”
