âVery poor hotel. Doors did not close fully, lock was barely hanging on and in no way did I feel that my belongings were secure when I left the room. Even the local taxi driver questioned if I was sure that I wanted to stay there. Front desk did not return our passport which was odd. Our room was full of mosquitoes, there was no plug to charge our phones, and the room was so small that I felt like we were staying in a closet. We ended up leaving after one night. We asked for a refund and still...

âThe breakfast was not included in the package we had to pay for it. Housekeeping came and didnât refill the soap in the shower I stepped out of the shower for the soap on the sink and stepped back in and fell down in the tub , I left in pain and am still in pain.â

âNice room with ocean view, very clean.
Nice beach and pool. The only downside is that it gets very crowded from 11 to 3 because of the cruise ships.
