”Rooms were nice and clean but we had an annoying noise coming from an air vent inside a wardrobe that drove us wild, made them aware and they attempted a bodge to cover it up but it still persisted and spoiled our sleep. The only other complaint is when we were dining a family with young children had been eating beside us and the kids had food on the floor, due to the hot weather there were a lot of flies about and they were congrigating around the food on the floor. ”All the staff, especially those in the bar/restaurant area were excellent. They were very accommodating, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Room was lovely, although you do need some level of navigational expertise to find your room and your way around the hotel!”

”A welcoming reception on arrival. Everything explained well. Room was clean and tidy...lots of space, and ample enough room for storage! Breakfast was very relaxing, and the food was excellent ...specially the sausages 🤤😋. A good variety of cooked and continental food. And a nice cup of tea ☕ 😀
Swimming pool was lovely....it was very warm, but a good size for a cooling dip. The changing room is very small, with just 1 shower, but manageable!.

”The house was everything we needed, opposite a pub and the swimming pool. The villagers were very friendly and helpfull, especially in the swimming pool. Unfortunately the internet stopped working on the third day but the rental company responded out of hours to help sort it out..”
