”Disappointed in the roon, tv didn't work well, wasn't connecting to the internet and someone from the front desk had to come and restart it each time.”

”The view is phenomenal, we enjoyed every minute. No cooking in the room however there is a fridge and microwave along with plates, glasses, cups, etc. Tranquility is offered here especially this time of year late April. THE STAFF DEFINITELY CARES ABOUT HOSPITALITY! ”

”Proprietors were extremely friendly! Breakfast was incredibly good! (Especially those potatoes!) Prime location to visit Colonial Williamsburg! Beautiful home!”

”The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back.”

”A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! ”

”This was a spur of the moment reservation due to other options being unavailable. And I am so glad I went with it. Ms Claudia is so cute and sweet. And accommodating. Per request she allowed me to set up decorations. And breakfast. Which she made, was right on time and delicious. The room was the perfect size for a couple to use for their stay. And overall it was a very relaxing and entertaining weekend spent. If you are not familiar with Va. a bunch of the historical places you will visit will...

”stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again.”

”The room lighting could’ve been better. The lights by the bed didn’t work independently, to turn off one you got to go through turning on the other one, then the two of them and finally would all turn off. No switch next to the entrance door. Breakfast omelettes were OK, not very nice. Few bread options.”
