”The guest house was well-located and very clean. We had Room 5 which was on the second floor with a sea view - the only downside was that it was quite noisy until late at night with traffic/music. We'd probably opt for a rear-facing room next time, which over-looked the harbour. The room had everything we needed, although a fan would have been useful as it was very hot when we stayed. Breakfast was good quality and tasty, but the only option seemed to be a cooked breakfast - no cereals, fruit...

”Good location, overlooking the beech, and close to the shops, restaurants, and buses services (Weymouth is well served by its buses). The proprietors look after their guests very well (thank you for getting the oat milk especially!). A comfortable bed and pillows were much appreciated.”

"The room was good size for three people and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the big bath tub. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have started a bit earlier but otherwise the whole stay was a lovely experience and would come back if ever plan to travel to Weymouth again in the future."
