Self check-in is available via secure lockbox access located outside the apartment entrance. You will receive full check-in instructions prior to arrival

The Anchor Studio is centrally located on Saint Edmund Street, Weymouth, DT4 8AR, within easy walking distance of Weymouth Beach, the historic harbour and town centre. The surrounding area has an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, pubs and takeaways, along with supermarkets and local shops. Weymouth’s seafront and harbour provide plenty of places to eat, drink and relax, making this an ideal location for couples, solo travellers, holidaymakers and contractors.



Getting Around:

The property is ideally positioned for exploring Weymouth on foot, with the beach, harbour, town centre, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Weymouth railway station and local bus services provide convenient connections around the town and to surrounding areas. Public car parks are also available nearby for guests travelling by car.

To confirm your reservation, the lead guest may be required to complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our terms and conditions, and provide valid photo identification.





•⁠ Deposit or Damage Waiver



For certain bookings we may require either:



•⁠ ⁠A refundable security deposit (£150–£500 depending on property size), or

•⁠ ⁠ ⁠A non-refundable damage waiver (£40–£150 depending on length of stay).



This helps protect the property while ensuring guests can enjoy their stay comfortably.





Check-In / Check-Out Policy



•⁠ ⁠Standard Check-in: After 3PM

•⁠ ⁠Standard Check-out: Before 11AM



Early check-in may be available subject to availability:

£30 per/ hour, £50 two hours, before the standard check-in time.



Late check-out may be available subject to availability:

£30 per /hour, £50 two hours after 11AM.





•⁠ ⁠Strictly no smoking inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will apply to cover specialist cleaning and damages.



•⁠ ⁠No excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Any disturbance to neighbours may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
