”Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!”

My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the...

”I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...
