The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Upon check-in we asked if the room has a fridge and were told yes. This was important for medication that has to kept cool. Turned out that the room did not have a fridge (had been taken out). Contacted lobby, they kindly changed the room for upgraded one with fridge. This was on the top floor, where ..."
