âWe had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bedding were very clean, and the place was well maintained. There were plenty of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back.â

âWe loved this place! Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and homey. The location was right next to the lake and couldnât have been more lovely. It was so private it felt like we were a million miles from anyone else. The only complaint was that the bed was too firm for us. â

âNice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. Bring your best earplugs. Breakfast is decent, service can be slow. Tiny outdoor pool and two nice hot tubs. Maintenance is hit and miss: rooms...
