”Hallway light shines through sides of main door, tv was crap not even Freeview worked properly all channels and bathroom rotten scotia boards etc, and one morning heard room next door alarm going off. The money paid was disappointing”

”We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bedding were very clean, and the place was well maintained. There were plenty of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back.”

”Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas.
