”We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area.”

”The exercise room was below standard. Very small, with three machines. There was No exercise bench, so I had to workout on the floor. No towels available until I asked for some at the front desk. A water cooler, but no water jug in it. The weights were very old and rusty. No 5 or 10 lb, and only one 15 lb. The weight rack was very old and rust also.”

”Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.”

”The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”

”It is situated next to the Wood River which was unexpected and lovely( wish we brought our fishing rods) . It is located across from a restaurant tavern which was V convenient!”

”The worst possible place. The hallways had a very strong organic aroma. The door to the room was badly stuck. The surroundings of the hotel was somewhat questionable. We checked out in 5 mins. Would recommend this place to anyone. A badly maintained place.”

”We recently stayed at this hotel for a beach getaway, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We loved the heated bathroom floors, which felt amazing in the mornings, and the fireplace made chilly evenings feel cozy and relaxing. The amenities were outstanding. Guests are provided with reusable to-go cups and straws, a complimentary beach bag with the hotel logo, and unlimited access to filtered water stations...

”The Cleveland house has a lot of character. Great antique home with updated services. Great location right off Thames St. Would definitely stay again.”

”Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!”

”Interesting place to stay! The estate really is beautiful, and my room was very spacious. The AC was a little wonky but otherwise no issues with anything in the room. Shower and tv worked fine. I saw some reviews saying guests couldn’t get in touch with the staff but they answered me pretty quickly when I contacted them. All in all a pretty enjoyable stay”
