”Was a first time in Maui and in this hotel. Got an upgrade to a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. The room was awesome and super clean and comfortable! ”Great property over all! Only a few issues we had, the shower water only works at certain points and you must turn it a few times before it will come out hot. There’s lots of dead spots. ”We absolutely loved this unit. After a 6 hour flight and several more hours waiting for bags, getting groceries and driving from the airport, we couldn’t have asked for a better condo. ”This was the perfect place to stay. Great views from the 6th floor, so much whale watching and turtle watching from the balcony. Beautiful starry skies at night and sunset views were breathtaking. ”Wonderful place to stay! The studio is well maintained and comes with everything you need to feel comfortable for your stay. "A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is disappointing. We stayed 4 nights, and were told there would be cleaning service only every 3 days. After 3 nights the room was not done. I asked about it and the attendant promised to have it done. No-one ever came and no-one ever said anything about it. When I checked out I mentioned it and the answer was literally a shrug. No-one seems to care about anything. I´ve been trying to think of something positive to say. Let´s go with that the butterfish in the restaurant was tasty."
