”Jo hieman elämää nähnyt hotelli Regent’s parkin takana Swiss Cottagessa. Hotellia on ajansaatossa saneerattu. Siisti hotelli hyvällä palvelulla. Meidän huone oli kahdelle aikuisella ja yhdelle lapselle erittäin hyvän kokoinen, mikä ei Lontoossa ole itsestään selvyys. Kohtuu hintainen hotelli muutaman pysäkin päässä”

”I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel advertises amenities that simply weren’t available there was no sauna as expected, and the jacuzzi, which is clearly listed, wasn’t even functioning. It felt misleading and poorly managed. To make matters worse, I couldn’t sleep because music was blasting at 2am. I called reception and, to be fair, it was eventually sorted, but it completely disrupted the night. ”What a lovely hotel, staff, gardens (with beautiful peacocks), pool and overall experience. We stayed for two nights, and ended up eating in the hotel both nights, the food was lovely too. The games rooms with an art area, a pool table, table tennis and garden activities are a great touch for the kids. Only one request - please put some wd40 on the ground floor laundry door. We would absolutely recommend and we will be returning, thank you.”

”Beautiful place, conveniently located. We had a celebration and we were made to feel very special. Only one very disappointing experience at the Spa marred our stay. Hotel offered a free treatment but as we were leaving the next day it was of no use to us. They should have offered refund. All in all it was fun. Loved the lounge, the food at Madhu’s.”

”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”
